When the First Person Template is deployed to a Nexus 9 using ES31, there is an extreme magenta color over the screen. Disabling post process reduces the bloom, but there is still major color artifacting on most of the actors.
This did not occur when the skylight was removed from the map and then deployed.
This occurred with both DXT and ASTC texture formats
This occured on both the Nexus 9 and Shield Tablet, both on 5.1.1
1. Create a new FP Template BP project with no started content
2. Enable ES31 and disable ES32
3. Select File > Package > Android DXT (is faster than ASTC)
4. Deploy to device when finished
RESULT: Major artifacting
