Description

When using a spin box in mobile preview, the spin box does not appear to update. It will highlight when the mouse is over it but clicking and dragging will yield no value changes.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open Editor
  2. Create a new widget blueprint
  3. Add a Spin box to the designer tab
  4. Save and Compile
  5. Open level blueprint
  6. Add the new widget blueprint to the viewport on begin play
    Beginplay > Create widget > Add to viewport
  7. Play in mobile preview
  8. Click and drag on the spin box
  9. Notice that the value does not update

Expected: The value would change when the user clicks and drags on the spin box
Result: The value does not change when the user clicks and drags on the spin box
