Description

If the user converts two static meshes in the level to blueprints, makes them movable, and then adds one to the other as a child blueprint component then the child component will scale incorrectly in the viewport.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open the Editor
  2. Drag a cube into the level from the basics tab of the modes panel
  3. Drag a sphere into the level from the basics tab of the modes panel
  4. Select the cube and convert it to a blueprint (attached image for reference)
  5. Select the sphere and convert it to a blueprint (attached image for reference)
  6. Open Each blueprint and set them to movable
  7. Open Cube blueprint
  8. Add child blueprint component
  9. Select the sphere blueprint as the blueprint
  10. Scale the sphere by 2 along the y axis
  11. Place the Cube actor (with child sphere) into the level
  12. Play in Editor
  13. Notice that the sphere is not scaled a large when playing in editor as it is in the viewport

Expected: The size and shape of the sphere should be consistent between modes
Result: The sphere is stretched to around twice the size as that that is shown in the PIE mode as apposed to the viewport
