After a Start Up movie has completed playing, the initial default map will not load until the user clicks the mouse. The option to 'Wait for Movies to Complete' is checked which will force the user to watch the entire Start Up movie before loading the starting level/map.
I tested this in Binary 4.8.3 - 2634408 and this does not behave the same in this engine version. With the same video and options for start up movies selected, after the movie has completed playing, it loads the level without the need for input.
1. Open the attached 4.8 project and launch the .Uproject executable.
2. Launch this project in Standalone Mode.
3. Observe how the movie plays upon start up and after completed, the start up map is loaded.
4. Open the attached 4.9 project and repeat step 2.
Expected: After launching the project in Standalone the Start Up movie plays and upon it's completion, loads the start up map/level.
Outcome: User needs to click the mouse for the start up map/level to appear.
