Unreal Engine Issues and Bug Tracker (UE-212695)

Steps to Reproduce

Create a map with the world partition
Open the foliage tools
Create a new foliage type
Paint a few instances
Delete the instances
Go back to selection mode
Select foliage actors
In the details panel, you can see that ISM components still exist, even though there are no more foliage instances.
