Remove IFAs when they no longer have any instances

Remove IFAs when they no longer have any instances

Steps to Reproduce
  • Create a map with the world partition
  • Open the foliage tools
  • Create a new foliage type
  • Paint a few instances
  • Delete the instances
  • Go back to selection mode
  • Select foliage actors
  • In the details panel, you can see that ISM components still exist, even though there are no more foliage instances.
