DPI scaling on iPhone 4S is incorrect

The DPI scaling appears to be off on the iphone 4s

1. Download attached project
2. Open the project
3. Play In Editor
4. Take note of the the way the UI looks
5. Launch to an iPhone 4S
6. Notice that the UI is being clipped and did not scale properly

Expected: The UI would looks generally the same on the mobile device
Result: The UI is scaled incorrectly
