In the Animation Starter Pack for UE 4.9, The IK handles for the Mannequin's Skeleton do not move with the the rest of the joints in any AnimSequence. *See attached image.
1. Open a blank Third Person Project.
2. Add the Animation Starter Pack to the Project
3. Open any of the ASP's AnimSequences
4. View Bones
NOTE: The IK handles of the Skeleton stay locked in place regardless of where the hands and feet move to in the animation.
EXPECTED: The IK handles of the Skeleton to move with the hands and feet whereever they move to in the animation.
