Interchange Dialog view resets when changing values

This happens with just about any option in any tab. QA confirmed it also happens in the Material tab.

Regression: Yes - does not occur in //UE5/Release-5.4 @ CL34507850 - Binary

Repro Rate: 10/10

1. Open a project with Interchange plugins enabled
2. Ensure Interchange CVAR is set to true
   Interchange.FeatureFlags.Import.FBX 1
3. Import an .fbx into the Content Browser
4. In the Interchange Dialog, select the Static Mesh tab
5. In the Static Mesh tab, toggle the "Combine Static Mesh" value

Actual Result: The Interchange dialog view resets back to the All tab instantly without offering any feedback if the toggle stuck

Expected Result: The Interchange dialog view should remain where ever the viewer is currently on when changing values
