Users have come across an issue in 5.4 that causes an assert when many foliage or HISM objects are placed in a level due to a cell size limit.
1. Create a new actor class using the code provided by the comment in the case.
2. Create a blueprint from the class.
3. Add the blueprint to a blank level.
4. Run the game and it should trigger the assert.
