Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create an MVVM binding and set the execution mode to Tick
  2. Create a conversion function in blueprint and add a print string node in it, then set the conversion function on the binding
  3. Run the game with the widget on screen
  4. Observe: the string is printed only once. Expected: the string is printed every frame
