Reimporting a skeletal mesh by dragging FBX to content browser crashes the editor. I suspect something is wrong with the FBX. The user reported that  the data is from Blender.

Notes: 
1. This only happens after placing the mesh in a map first.
2. This only happens when dragging from file explorer to the content browser. Right click>Reimport seems to work without crashing.
3. User reported in 4.9.2 and 4.10 preview 4
1. Drag TouhokuZunko_FromBlender_20140620_3.fbx from zip file into content browser to import
2. Once imported, place the skeletal mesh in a map
3. Drag the file into the browser again. Overwrite>Yes to All. Import Options>Import All
