Quaternion customization always overrides the display name to "rotation"

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a component class, with a UProperty of type FQuat
  2. Provide that with a display name or property name that is not Rotation
  3. Compile
  4. Add the component to any actor

-> The details panel will always say rotation

Expected: The component author can set a property name that is not "rotation" if needed
