Checking out multiple files shows no warning/error if one of the files is locked

If there is a file in the content browser that is exclusively checked out by another user, if you right click on only that file, you cannot check it out because there is no "check out" option displayed in the menu:

But if you select that file and another file that isn't locked and right click on them together, you get a check out option:

If you select this, the locked file fails to checkout, but there is no notification that anything failed, and the user might start working on the file not realizing it needs to be checked out.

Desired results:
Checking out multiple files shows a warning/error if one of the files is locked

OR

Check-out option is not available if one of the selected files is locked.

Whichever option makes more sense.
