Wrong motion vectors with Nanite ISM when using ActorPosition material node

1. Open the attached project inside the editor
2. Enter PIE
3. Observe the motion blur artifacts on the moving cubes
4. Toggle the "Use Nanite" property on the MyActor component to see the issue disappear
