The same issue reported in [Link Removed] Ready for QA is also present in Iris.
On a replicated actor, create a new replicated actor component that implements BeginPlay, setting one of its properties to a non default value.
Expected: in the component's BeginPlay, the property will have the initially replicated value
Actual: the property will have the default value in BeginPlay, with the initially replicated value applied later
