As a developer, I would like to have my scheduled syncs in UGS be honoured during computer sleep so that I can have my computer in sleep for the most part, and have it wake when a scheduled task is to run.

Currently, a UGS scheduled sync doesn't account for time that has elapsed while the computer was in sleep.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Set up a scheduled sync in UGS for a specific time, add an entry to the Windows Task Scheduler which will wake the PC shortly before the time UGS is scheduled to sync, and put the PC to sleep while noting the amount of time before the scheduled UGS sync is set to run.
  2. Observe that after the PC wakes at the configured time UGS does not run its sync actions at the scheduled time. Further observe that after the time between the expected scheduled sync and when the PC was put to sleep has passed that UGS begins its automated sync operations*.
