HDR (eye adaptation) visualization has incorrect output when Allow static lighting is disabled

Description

Licensees have reported that this issue occurs in UE 5.5 and does not appear to occur in UE 5.4 or with Substrate enabled.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open the attached project
    [Link Removed]
    This project has the “Allow static lighting” setting disabled.
  2. Toggle “Allow static lighting” in the project settings
  3. Toggle on "Show - Advanced - HDR (Eye Adaption)"

Result
"Allow static lighting" : Enabled

"Allow static lighting" : Disabled
[Image Removed]
