Screenshot console command does not work properly on mobile devices

Screenshots taken by the console command Shot or HighResShot are not being saved on Android or iOS devices.

1. Create a new project
2. Launch onto an Android or iOS device
3. Tap the screen for the command console to appear
4. Test out Shot or HighResShot 1

Result: The screenshot isn't saved onto the device.
Expected: Screenshots should be saved to the device
