Changing the Up Ratio of a vehicle movement component incorrectly alters gear shifting. For example, setting the ratio for Gear 3 to 1.0 will keep the vehicle from shifting to gear 2, etc.
1. Open Advanced Vehicle Template
2. Open Vehicle Blueprint
3. Open Vehicle Movement component
4. Search for Transmission
5. Set Gear 3 Up Ratio to 1, compile
6. Press PIE
7. Press W to move forward.
Results:
Vehicle will not shift out of first gear, it gets to ~24mph then cannot move forward.
Expected:
Gear shifts into second, however has a difficult time shifting into 3rd gear due to the Up ratio.
