Steps to Reproduce
  1. Download the project [Link Removed]
  2. Launch the project with Vulkan RHI ( with -Vulkan command line at startup)
  3. Enable mobile android vulkan preview. 
  4. Or just launch the editor with -game -vulkan -featureleveles31

It will crash.
There is a material (M_TestCrash) that uses the graph shown below. If only uses one channel from the texture (such as G channel), it wouldn't crash.
The dumped shaders are attached for comparison.
