This device doesn't support floating point textures or framebuffer fetch so we cannot support bloom.
As the title suggests, bloom on the Samsung Galaxy S5 is not working.
I tested this against another android device, the Acer Iconia Tab 8, which also supports Full HDR w/Sun according to the documentation, and bloom is working as expected.
I have attached multiple screenshots and a project in 4.9.2 so you can open a copy for quick testing iterations between versions.
I tested this issue in the binary releases of 4.9.2, 4.10.2, and 4.11 Preview 5
After launching on in the preview 5 release, the screen on both devices showed the initial splash screen, and then went to a completely black screen. I will enter another bug for this issue and provide a link in this report.
1. Download and Open attached project (4.9.2)
2. Launch onto device.
3. Open copy of project in 4.10.2
4. Launch onto device.
Outcome: Bloom is not working on the Samsung Galaxy S5 (SM-G900H)
Expected: The documentation suggests the Full HDR w/Sun works for this device, so bloom is expected to work.
