If the user scales multiple child components and tries to move them it causes exaggerated movement.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open the editor
  2. Create a new actor blueprint
  3. Add 3 box collision components
  4. Make 2 of them the child of the third
  5. Select all of the box components and scale them to .5 using the details panel
  6. Select only one child
  7. Move the child using the translation widget (arrows transform tool)
  8. Notice it moves normally
  9. Select both child box components
  10. Move the children using the translation widget (arrows transform tool)
  11. Notice they move further than expected

Expected: The children would move 1:1 with the transform tool while maintaining their relative distances from each other
Result: The distance between the components will grow or shrink and the movement becomes more exaggerated the further the components are moved
