Auto Exposure causes artifacting in the right eye of the oculus

Description

If the user uses Exposure Bias on pp volume the right eye will have a section that appears different causing a line.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Make sure that oculus is hooked up and turned on
  2. Open editor
  3. Add Post process volume
  4. Use the settings in the attached image
  5. Launch in stand alone
  6. Use Alt + Enter to enter VR Mode
