Put Rigid body to sleep does not appear to work within the construction script

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open Editor
  2. Create a new actor blueprint
  3. Create the blueprint in the attached image
  4. Place actor in level In the air
  5. Play in editor
  6. Notice that the box that is spawned falls to the ground

Expected: The box would be asleep when the session starts
Result: The box falls to the ground (starts awake)
