Description

When using server travel the transition map does not appear to show up when traveling between levels

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Download attached project
  2. Play in stand alone
  3. press the '~' key to open the console
  4. Type Server Travel EndMap
  5. Notice that the transition map does not show up when traveling between maps

Expected: The transition map would show up with a ticking print string and a pink UMG
Result: Transition map does not show
