Adding special characters into the BundleDisplayName or BundleName causes packaging error

Packaging a project for iOS that has & in the Bundle Name causes an error to occur during packaging.

IPP ERROR: Application exception: System.Xml.XmlException: An error occurred while parsing EntityName. Line 23, position 35.

1. Create a new project
2. Edit > Project Settings > Platforms - iOS
3. Change [PROJECT_NAME] to [PROJECT&NAME] for Bundle Display Name, Bundle Name and Bundle Identifier
4. Package project: File > Package > iOS

Expected: The project should package without any trouble.
Result: The project provides an error during the packaging process.

BUG: Crash if BundleDisplayName or BundleName have invalid characters?
