Description

When updating the niagara component in AdvanceSimulation with a tick, the memory of the Niagara tag keeps increasing between pause and resume. 

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open the attached project
  2. Open the NiagaraTest level
  3. Add “-trace=default,memory” argument and run in standalone game
  4. Press P key on the keyboard to pause
  5. Exit the standalone game
    Check that the Niagara allocations keep increasing in UnrealInsights
