Description

Media Players and their associated textures do not render in standalone game or in a packaged project.

Found on: //UE4/Release-4.11 CL-2897738

Checked 4.9.2 Binary from launcher, issue occurs there as well, not marking as a regression.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open UE4Editor.exe
  2. Make a new blank blueprint project w/ starter content
  3. Once in editor, drag any .wmv file in to the content browser to make a Media Player asset
  4. Right click on said asset and 'Create Media Texture'
  5. Apply the created media texture to the ground plane
  6. Open the Media Player asset we created previously and set Play Rate to 1.0
  7. Save all
  8. Play in Standalone Game

Result: In editor the movie player plays, but in standalone it renders as a default texture. If one was to package the project (File > Package > Win64) a similar result would occur, except instead of being default texture it will simply render black.
