Description

Mouse position lags behind cursor in editor if framerate drops. This can be especially problematic for individuals who quickly select assets as the mouse position may lag behind the cursor location and cause user to select incorrect assets, etc.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open editor (any project with starter content)
  2. In content browser, select a static mesh (any)
  3. press ~
  4. Enter console command 'stat fps'
  5. Add copies of static mesh to editor until framerate drops to <10 fps. In most cases with environment listed, this was ~1500-1600 static mesh actors all selected after being added.
  6. Once framerate is below 10, quickly move mouse into content browser and attempt to LMB drag an asset around the content browser window.

Results

Depending on mouse location when click occurred, the mouse click may select an incorrect asset. Even if the correct asset is selected, the image will drag behind the mouse location incorrectly.

Expected

The mouse always selects the clicked asset and the asset's icon remains with cursor.
