BP Static Mesh Components are not retaining the vertex color applied to them in a level when you play in Standalone or Package a Project. You will get the correct results however when you PIE.

This was also Reproduced in 4.10.4, 4.11 Preview 7 and Dev-Main-CL-2900980

This could be related to [Link Removed] as well.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a Blank Project with No Starter Content
  2. Create a Material assigning Vertex Color to the Emissive Input
  3. Create a Blueprint Actor
  4. Add a Static Mesh Component in the Blueprint Actor
  5. Assign the Created Material to the Static Mesh Component
  6. Place the Saved BP Actor into the Level
  7. In Vertex Paint Mode, Paint the BP Actor in the Level
  8. Save Level
  9. Play in Standalone Game

RESULTS: BP Actor does not show Vertex Paint

EXPECTED: BP Actor should Retain Vertex Paint as shown in simply PIE-ing
