Description

A licensee has shared a project with us, in which they are able to trigger a problematic case where the RayTracingGeometryManager is ticked twice during a single game frame. It would be good to investigate why this is happening to help get the licensee unstuck

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Launch the attached repro project with a debugger attached
  2. Notice that the assert RayTracingGeometryManager::Tick:548 is triggered due to the current frame counter not being equal the previous frame counter
