Sound Waves do not continue to play when using a delay node before a Concatenator.

I tested this issue in the binary releases of 4.9.2 and 4.10.4 and it did not occur in either version.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open attached project.
  2. Open the DelayTest Sound Cue in Content Browser.
  3. Press Play

Outcome The first set of random sounds play after the delay, but Concatenator does not continue to play the next set of random sounds.

Expected Both sets of sounds play when pressing the Play Cue button.
