Description

An Animation Track that references a Blend Shape, Morph Target, Animation will not play when you play from Level Sequencer in Editor unless you turn off real time.

Also it seems if Realtime is turned on and you are playing the Sequencer that interacting with any buttons in the Sequencer Editor will cause the sequence to play as long as that interaction is happening. So, pressing the Enable/Disable Key All button will cause the Animation to play when the button is pressed. Selecting General Option Dropdown will play the Animation correctly until it Loops and then it will stop playing the animation, holding the last frame.

Also Reproduced in Dev-Sequencer CL-2910931

Steps to Reproduce

*Quick Repro: Open Attached Project, Attempt to play Level Sequence, BlendShapeTest.*

  1. Open a Blank Project with no Starter Content
  2. Import a Skeletal Mesh with a BlendShape (Morph Target) Animation (One is attached to JIRA.)
  3. Add the Skeletal Mesh to the Level
  4. Create a Level Sequence Actor
  5. In the Sequence Actor, Add the Skeletal Mesh
  6. Under the Skeletal Mesh, add a Animation Track referencing the BlendShape Animation
  7. Set the Sequencer File to loop of the length of the Animation Track
  8. Play the Sequencer
  9. Turn off RealTime in Viewport

RESULTS: Blendshape Animation does not play until RealTime is turned off

EXPECTED: Animation should play as a normal locomotive animation would.
