Action mapping does not fire within a widget when the input mode is set to UI only

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open the editor
  2. Open project settings
  3. Create a new Action mapping using the 'U' key
  4. Name the Action mapping "ActionTest"
  5. Create a new widget blueprint
  6. Create the blueprint in the attached image
  7. Open the level blueprint
  8. Add the widget to the viewport on begin play
  9. Save all
  10. Play in editor
  11. Notice that the Action mapping does not fire off

Expected: The Action mapping would fire off in the widget blueprint when the input mode is set to UI only because it is in a widget blueprint
Result: Action mapping does not fire within a widget when the input mode is set to UI only
