When applying a dbuffer decal to a surface with a small axis value for the decals size it will flicker. Attached gif to demonstrate.
Reproducible in:
4.11 P8 CL-2916259
Dev-Main CL-2922677
1. Open UE4
2. In Project Settings > Rendering > Enable DBuffer Decal
3. Restart the Editor
4. Create a Material for Deferred Decals and use one of the Dbuffer Blend modes
5. Assign to a Decal Actor and set the Decal Size to 128,256,256 and move the actor closer to the surface of a mesh.
Results: Decal flickers with lower values in one axis compared to non-dbuffer decals
Expected: decals should not flicker
