Description

If the user attached the camera to the capsule of a character, the camera does not appear in the same place as it would when testing in PIE. It instead appears to default to the origin of the parent.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open First person project
  2. Set up project to be launched on to Gear VR
  3. Open the First person Character blueprint
  4. Parent the camera to the capsule
  5. Move the camera up
  6. Play In Editor
  7. Notice that the Camera is higher (expected)
  8. Launch on to phone (for Gear VR)
  9. Notice that the camera is lower than normal

Expected: The camera would be at the same height as it was when playing in PIE
Result: The camera is lower and appears to be at the capsule origin
