Description

Opening the Reference Viewer for a level then right clicking on the level and selecting List Referenced Objects displays a message prompt stating "Object 'LevelName' doesn't refer to any non-ignored objects rather than listing the assets that the level references.

Is it a regression?
No - This issue also occurs in 4.10.4

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open UE4 Editor (any project)
  2. Save Level
  3. Create new Blueprint based on Actor and add instance to the level
  4. Right click on the level asset in the content browser and select Reference Viewer

Result:
Newly added blueprint doesn't show up in level reference viewer

Expected:
Assets that the level references appear in new dialog window.
