Manipulating Morph Targets on Master Component distorts Slave Components. It makes no difference if the slave component has the morph target being manipulated in the master

Appears to have started with CL:2909747 (Fix for [Link Removed])
1. Open the attached example project in 4.10.4
2. PIE and note that the character's body and face change from the default
3. Re-open the project in 4.11.0
4. PIE
Result: Body(Master) appears to behave as expected. Face(Slave) vertices become distorted
Expected: Both Body and Face have their "Adonis" Morph Target set to a value of 1
I am not able to find world outliner how to enable it?
