Import the attached speedtree asset. The material view will be glitched. Disabling the world position offset input and reenabling seems to help.
This issue did not occur in 4.10.4 and does not occur in 4.12 Dev-Main - CL-2930868.
This issue is only happening in 4.11.0 that I can see.
1. Import attached asset
2. Go to the Content Browser
3. Select any glitched looking material
Regression: Yes
Results: material preview has artifacts
Expected: Material preview will not have artifacts
