Description

This issue was reported by a user who was having issues with their modulated shadows showing up in random spots on their mobile devices.

Their devices were a Samsung Galaxy Note 2 and a ASUS Zenfone 4. Both at Android 4.4.2. They then later tested on Android Version 5.0 with a Asus Zenfone 2 (ZE551ML) and the issue no longer occurred

I tested this on a Galaxy Note 2 with Android version 4.1.1 (Asset ID: 2894)

Regression?: NO
This issue also occurred in 4.10.4

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a project based off the Third Person Template
  2. Select the Light Source in the scene (Directional Light)
  3. In the details panel, set Modulated Shadows to true and change the color to an easily recognizable color (Bright red should work)
  4. Build lighting
  5. Launch the project on an Android device (In theory, any device on Android version 4.4.2 or earlier should work, this was tested with a Galaxy Note 2 on 4.1.1)
  6. Move the camera around with the right analog stick
Result: The shadow for the character moves to places it shouldn't be at certain angles
Expected: The shadow should render correctly and stay in the correct spots depending on angle
