Widgets called to the Viewport with Fullscreen enabled, will eventually cause artifacts to appear on the edges/borders of the screen.
There is currently a forums post with multiple users reporting the issue as well.

I believe this issue is related to ([Link Removed]) as the artifacts appear more easily when you modify the screen percentage, but it still occurs even without modifying the screen percentage value.
Regression
Yes, this issue did not occur in the previous version of the editor 4.10.4
1. Open the attached project.
2. Press PIE
3. Toggle Fullscreen (F11)
4. Click on the Text Box and begin typing.
5. Move around the viewport moving the camera in and out of the spotlight
Outcome Eventually the screen artifacts will appear and you get results similar to the attached screenshots.
Expected The screen does not produce artifacts when typing or flying around the viewport.
