Description

If Show Mouse Cursor is enabled and the mouse is not locked to the viewport, input axis information passed to other actors breaks after releasing and re-pressing LMB.

Regression? (Yes), issue (does not) occur on 4.10.4

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Download, unzip, open attached project
  2. Press PIE
  3. Hold LMB and move mouse
  4. Release LMB
  5. Hold LMB and move mouse

Results

Cube stops rotating after releasing and re-pressing LMB to rotate the cube in level

Expected

Cube is able to rotate each time LMB is pressed and held while mouse is moving.
