Users reporting that they cannot preview morph target animations while scrubbing through matinee.
They suspect that it may be caused by this update in the release notes:
"New: Optimized Matinee Actors no longer tick unless playing"
This seems to have happened before ([Link Removed])
1. Open the attached project in 4.11
2. Open the matinee within the scene
3. Play the matinee, note the morph animation
4. Pause and scrub through the timeline
Result: The morph animation does not preview while scrubbing
Expected: Morph targets update while scrubbing
