Description

Upon creating a new landscape that uses a material with displacement and tessellation, the landscape and its respective components will flicker. The flickering can be removed when you begin sculpting in each component.

Note The project provided was created in 4.10.4 version of the engine, but you can reproduce this issue in 4.11.1 as well.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the attached project.
2. Click on the 'Landscape Mode' tool in the Modes tab.

Outcome The landscape components will flicker a lot

Expected No flicker occurs
