Description

When the mouse cursor is shown, and you press eject in the viewport, you can no longer rotate the camera while holding right click and moving the mouse.
If you hide the mouse cursor using the Show Mouse Cursor setting in the player controller, the camera seems to rotate as expected.

Found in 4.11.1 binary. Reproduced in Main CL 2933897

Regression? Yes. This bug is not present in 4.10.4 binary based on the test I performed.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the editor
2. Create a new Puzzle Project
3. PIE
4. Eject
5. Try to move the mouse while holding right-click

Result: Notice that the camera does not rotate as it should when moving the mouse while holding right-click.

Expected: Camera would rotate
