When setting constraints to free or locked the "Angular Rotation Offset" property greys out so it can't be edited. But when simulating it still has an effect. Either needs to not have an effect or not be greyed out on the details panel.
Create a new Project (can be an empty BP).
Create a simple actor.
Add a Physics Constraint to the actor.
Verify that the Angular Rotation Offset fields are editable, regardless of Angular Swing 1Motion, Angular Swing 2Motion, or Angular Twist Motion state (Locked, Limited, or Free).
