Create landscape actor
Enable world composition in the world settings
Go to levels->world composition and right-click the landscape, and choose "add adjacent landscape tile"
The new Landscape tile will overlap the original landscape
If a level is created and the landscape editor "move to level" tool is used to create a proxy before enabling world composition, then it will be even worse - creating new tiles from the proxy the landscape editor created will result in the new tiles being in totally the wrong location.
