Description

A user reported an issue where the cones that represent angular constraints in the PHAT editor are not rendered if Separate Translucency is disabled. This may be related to another issue with Separate Translucency that was fixed in 4.11, since this is a regression.

Other issue is here: https://jira.ol.epicgames.net/browse/UE-24650

Regression?: YES
Did not occur: 2872498 (4.10.4 Release)
Does occur: 2927265 (4.11 Release)

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a new project with the Third Person template
  2. Navigate to the Third Person Character's physics asset at /Game/Mannequin/Character/Mesh and open it
  3. Select "Constraint Mode" and then select a constraint, noticing the cones that represent the angular constraints
  4. Open the Project Settings and select the Rendering category
  5. Find the "Separate Translucency" option and disable it.
  6. Look at the constraint again
Result: The cones are not rendered
Expected: The cones should still be rendered
