Description

Text block reference does not appear to update when its parent is added as a child to another widget

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open the attached project
  2. Play in editor
  3. Click the unmarked button (bottom button)
  4. Notice that the letter changes (expected)
  5. Click the button with the letter on it (top button)
  6. Notice that it has been moved (it has been added as a child to a uniform grid panel (expected))
  7. Click the unmarked button again (the one that changes the letters)
  8. Notice that the letter no longer changes

Expected: The letter would change after being added as a child to the uniform grid panel
Result: The text block no longer changes when it's parent has been added as a child to the uniform grid panel
