Base-pass rendering on Mac Metal now generates transient black/Nan spots across the scene - this appears to be related to r.BasePassOutputsVelocity and is presumably the connected to the incorrect static shadow rendering seen by the user. On the first run of the template it was possible to see similar old rendering content over the viewport. These spots can't be debugged using Apple's frame-capture tool as the timing changes cause them to disappear as they are not persistent.
This only affects Metal - OpenGL looks correct.
1. Select any template project on Mac.
2. Enable r.SelectiveBasePassOutputs=True & r.BasePassOutputsVelocity=True
3. Run in -game -windowed.
4. See black/Nan spots.
